Real-estate guides describe the Villages of NorthPointe as master-planned, with a clubhouse, pool, trails and tennis courts. One guide says development of the Wildwood at NorthPointe section began in the mid-2000s, with Lennar and Meritage Homes among the builders, and that it covers about 700 acres with lakes and ponds.

Those are secondary sources. For a single house, the appraisal district’s year built is the better number.
